Why and where OKRs?
Practice: Synchronizing the views of all participants: what is OKR and why do we need it?
OKR process: basic concepts, principles and elements.
Cynefin framework: checking if OKR process is relevant and suitable for your company.  
OKR process as part of the organizational strategy execution.
Strategic goals – yearly goals (or seasonal goals) – teams’ quarter goals - initiatives (tasks).  Vertical alignment – aligning team goals with the strategy.

Practice: Brainstorming - Where should we focus our efforts in order to successfully reach our  strategic goals? Setting strategic priorities: “run”, “change”, crucial strategic goals.

Introducing the implementation template. Refining OKRs.  Agreeing on regular practices and setting the arrangements for trainers’ support.
What Will You Get
Your OKRs for 1 or 2 levels
On training you will set up your real OKRs. Usually we work deeply on the 1 level (company level) and preparing just drafts for the 2 level (teams level), just for demonstrating tools for alignment.
Your need to involve team members, who are not participating this training, to discuss and correct those drafts.

Implementation support
Online implementation support within 3 months from the date of the workshop:
- consultations on the check-ins, retrospectives, planning sessions;
- discussions of the set objectives and key results as well as the chosen metrics for progress monitoring with the training participants, etc.;
Format: group 1 hour online meetings once a week upon request.
