What are the benefits of the TBR-VE approach?
Reducing "Cognitive Overload"
The training is divided into 5 modules, each lasting 2.5 hours, spread over 2.5 weeks. This structure reduces cognitive strain, allowing for more efficient information processing.
Opportunity for Intermittent Practice
Participants will have time to reflect, absorb new material, and complete assignments. This intermittent practice enhances understanding and reinforces the concepts and skills learned.
Combining Digital and Analog Learning
The course utilizes auditory, visual, kinesthetic, and tactile modalities, thereby increasing long-term retention of concepts and skills.
Creating a Supportive Environment
We establish a special private messenger group for participant's communication and queries to the trainer or producer.
Emphasizing Movement
The training includes various activities and switching between virtual and real-world scenarios. This dynamic approach promotes better concentration and adoption of the course material.
Adhering to TBR's Core Concepts
The course focuses exclusively on essential elements, teaching the six Learning principles, the 4C design/implementation model, and engaging virtual activities. There's no room for irrelevant information.
Implementing a Flipped Classroom Model
In this course, participants study all lectures independently, and online meetings are dedicated to developing practical skills and new knowledge. The effectiveness of this approach is supported by both research and our practical experience.
