I'm passionate about helping individuals, teams, and companies to change and grow.
For this, I provide training and team coaching sessions on how to set up stretching goals by OKR (an Objective and Key results system).
I was doing this for about 7 years and after I've moved to the Netherlands 3 years ago, I started networking with European clients.
Additionally, I am a Coverdale consultant and design and deliver training about the "Agile Mindset" with the Coverdale training team.
Furthermore, I'm a certified TBR-trainer, so I design all my trainings in TBR-methodology as well as deliver the legendary training for trainers by Sharon Bowman, called "Training from the back of the room". This training is based on brain-science principles and helps to teach in a more fun and effective way.
